Operational strategy

Our strategy is very easy and based on 3 fundamental points

HELP THE PEOPLE IN NEED THAT CANNOT AFFORD MEDICAL TREATMENT

Working in direct contact with the “Volunteers Into The World Corporation” which offers their health service to the Nepalese population since 2 years, we have the possibility through them to go around the rural area of the country seeking the ones who mostly need our financial help for medical reasons.

An example of that, would be the financial help that we gave to patients that need to go in rehabilitation center in order to get better and better after the treatment with the “volunteers into the world corporation” was completed or interrupted till their next visit to that area.

Furthermore, as the “Volunteers into the world corporation” is very active also in treating the poorest schools of certain area, we did provide shoes, food and clothes to entire classes of kids in the schools that needed our help most.

Why do we need to send kids in rehabilitation or people in hospital for surgery or other medical solution?

Most of the people that get treatment from the “volunteers into the world corporation” get better and most of them do not need further treatment, but unfortunately sometimes they do get cases where the patients need more invasive treatment such as surgery, different medication or just more intensive care, and this is where the Into The World Onlus (charity organization) comes in.

The Into The World Onlus, within their financial power, makes sure that these people with further needs get whatever they are actually supposed to get in order to get better with their health. (MRI, all type of scan, surgery, rehabilitation, medication etc…)

Acting in this way, the economy of the country should be able step by step to increase, as less sick people in a family means an increase in the family income, and an increase in the family income means that the community of a whole village in the future could have enough money to make more health structure for the most needier person of that village, giving a raise in the health care system of that area and in the future of the country.

WHY BUILD HEALTH POST (SMALL CLINIC)

By building health posts in the most strategic places of the country the Into The World Onlus guarantees to the nearby villages a known place where they could go for their health problems. Till now the Into The World Onlus is in direct contact with the Volunteers Into The World Corporation, an organization that brings chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists in the most rural places of Nepal. The Volunteers Into The World Corporation will be using the structure that the Into the World Onlus will build to help the Nepalese population, and in the near future the Into The World Onlus would like to invite more NGO or organization to use their centres, in order to give more help to the nearby villages around the area. In this way, not only this project will help the health condition of the Nepalese population, but will also increase their economy, making more money going around those villages where usually no tourist will go. (food for the volunteers, builders, souvenir etc.)

These health post that will be built from the Into The World Onlus, in the future will be also used by the newly graduated chiropractors that The Into The World Onlus will sponsor to go and study chiropractic abroad.

WHY SPONSOR YOUNG NEPALESE TO GO AND STUDY CHIROPRACTIC ABROAD

Those young people that will be chosen by the Into The World Onlus to go and study chiropractic abroad, will have the opportunity to come back once graduated and work in the health post that the Into The World Onlus built, so that they can help their own population.

To those newly graduated chiropractors, it will be given the possibility to work on these health posts without being paid by the population, but by a salary given by the Into The World Onlus. Acting like this, the chiropractors, will be able to keep treating also the poorest of that area without feeling the urge to address only the ones who can afford the treatment. By covering those area with a graduated clinician that can do the work that was done before by other organizations, it will give the chance to those organization or NGO, to concentrate their help in different area, so that slowly we can cover more areas of the country.

WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OF THE INTO THE WORLD ONLUS?

To guarantee continued help in those rural villages: we do not want to be one of those organization that come and go without reappearing again, we do try to find solutions to pre-existing health related problems and it is exactly for this reason that we decided to build health post, financially help the poorest and give an instruction to young Nepalese. Our help goes directly where they need to go, without passing through other organisations or any other association, so that no money will be left behind for thousands of burocratic issues. Financial helps are given to the poorest through our operators that are already in the country so that no money can be lost during any type of action that we decide to take.
